These Terms govern your use of AI Content Factory ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AI Content Factory generates short-form videos from topics you provide and can publish them to social platforms you connect (such as YouTube and Instagram), including on an automated schedule you configure.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you generate and publish. You represent that you own or have the rights to that content, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law. You must comply with the terms of every platform you connect, including the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable Meta/Instagram terms.

AI-generated content

Scripts and visuals may be produced with automated/AI tools and can contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for ensuring it is appropriate and accurate.

Accounts & security

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Connected platforms

Access to YouTube, Instagram, and other services is provided through their official APIs and is subject to their terms and availability. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by those platforms (including content removal or account actions).

Availability & disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific results, or that published content will perform in any particular way.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content you publish or actions taken by connected platforms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
