AI Content Factory ("the Service", "we", "us") helps you generate short-form videos and publish them to social platforms such as YouTube and Instagram on your behalf. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password.
Content you provide: brand settings, topics, scripts, and any media you upload or generate.
Connected-account tokens: when you connect YouTube or Instagram, we store the OAuth access/refresh tokens needed to publish on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shown to anyone.

How we use your information

We use your data solely to operate the Service for you: generating scripts, rendering videos, scheduling, and uploading to the platforms you connect. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

YouTube API Services

This application uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We request only the access needed to upload videos you create to your channel. You can review or revoke this application's access at any time via your Google account permissions. We do not share YouTube data with third parties and do not use it for any purpose other than publishing on your behalf.

Third-party services

To deliver the Service we send the minimum necessary data to: OpenAI (to generate script text), free media providers (Pexels, Pixabay, Pollinations) for stock visuals, Amazon Web Services S3 (to store rendered videos), and the social platforms you connect (YouTube, Meta/Instagram) to publish. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

Data storage & retention

Rendered videos are stored in Amazon S3 and automatically deleted after 7 days. You can delete a video manually at any time from the dashboard. Connected-account tokens are kept (encrypted) until you disconnect the channel or delete your account, after which they are removed.

Security

Passwords are hashed, OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, access is gated behind authentication, and traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Your choices

You can disconnect any platform, delete individual videos or brands, or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Revoking access in your Google account immediately stops our ability to publish to your YouTube channel.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
